Job Description:

Accenture is looking for Application Tech Support Practitioners to join its growing team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build their careers in Service Desk Management and Technical Support.

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the primary interface between clients and business systems. Your role will focus on delivering smooth and uninterrupted services by troubleshooting issues, engaging with clients, and ensuring quality standards are maintained. You will also work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the ongoing interface between the client and system/application support teams.
  • Use strong communication skills to understand client issues and design effective solutions.
  • Participate in problem-solving discussions and assist in resolving client issues efficiently.
  • Document and track client interactions and resolutions to improve knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service desk delivery.
  • Continuously learn and grow technical expertise in service management practices.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
  • 0–2 years in Service Desk or Technical Support (freshers can also apply).
  • Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability to resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and service desk workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of application support and maintenance processes.
  • Team collaboration and adaptability to client needs.
